We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied with your order.

  1. Did you order from the NARFE General Store online?
    You can return or exchange items by mail or by contacting us at 252-353-4005 within 60 days of your order date.
  2. Did you mail or fax an order to the NARFE General Store?
    No problem. You can return or exchange items the same way as described above.
  3. Did you personalize or customize your order with your name or chapter information?
    We still want to help. Contact us either through the contact us page on the NARFE General Store website or call us toll-free at 252-353-4005.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

It is easier than you think! Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail.

  1. Online orders: print out a copy of the email invoice you received when you originally placed your order. Mail/fax orders: include a copy of the invoice. If you do not have your invoice, contact the NARFE General Store and we will provide you with a copy of your original invoice.
  2. Circle the item or items that you're returning on your invoice.
  3. Pack your return securely, if possible in the original package, and include a copy of your completed invoice.
  4. Ship your return/exchange using your most convenient shipping option.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is eligable for return?
    You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unused, unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale. You may return a defective item at anytime. Returns/exchanges must be received by the NARFE General Store within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Can I return Final Sale items?
    No. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Final sale items typically include discontinued merchandise and apparel items. Final sale items are marked as such on the customer sales receipt/invoice. Final sale items will be conspicuously marked on the NARFE General Store website. When ordering via phone, the NARFE General Store customer service representative will indicate if any of the items ordered are final sale items.
  3. What if I want a refund? What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?
    No problem. Contact the NARFE General Store through the contact us page on the NARFE General Store website or call at 252-353-4005. Please note that all refunds for NARFE General Store merchandise are issued by check.
